Our Fresh Concept - Founded on Marco Island in 2012, we created a fun, approachable concept where guests can enjoy the fresh fish and seafood that Southwest Florida has to offer in a playful, unpretentious setting. We care so much about serving quality fish that we close on Sundays, when fresh deliveries are unavailable.
Our Specialties - We specialize in preparing fresh local and regional fin fish, shellfish, and locally sourced produce, meats, cheeses, and dairy from area farms. We order, hand-cut, and prepare our fresh catch throughout the week to ensure every dish reflects our commitment to quality and freshness.
